Blaque Arts Tattoo is a private studio by appointment only. Located at 239 Spring Mountain Drive, Zion Grove, Pa 17985. We do not accept walk-ins, you must schedule an appointment. For all piercing inquiries, please call the shop at 570-433-1968 any day from 12-7pm. For all tattoo inquiries, please email at BlaqueArtsCollective@gmail.com or use the contact form below. All local inquiries require an in person consultation. Out of state and non-local clientele can schedule for a phone/email consultation. Our scheduling and consultation policies are listed below.
SCHEDULING
To schedule an appointment you must come in person for a consultation (if local) or schedule a consultation via phone or email (for all non local clientele). Consultations are $50 ($55 via Square for all card transactions). The $50 will apply towards part of the deposit if you schedule at the time of your consultation. Deposits vary in price based on the tattoo. Most appointments are booked by a half day or full day with the exception of smaller one and done tattoos which are flat rate. We do not do hourly pricing. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
Every appointment requires a deposit which can vary in price based on your tattoo. Deposit prices may vary based on the needs of your specific tattoo and a consultation is required to establish the price of your tattoo and deposit amount. Some tattoos require a draw fee which will be assessed at your consultation. The consultation fee is $50 and will apply towards the cost of your deposit if you schedule your appointment(s) at the end of your consultation. For out of town clients, we will send you an invoice which can be paid through Square once you do an online consultation. All payments for your appointment are paid prior to the start of the session when you first arrive. Deposits and all payments, including prepayments, consultation fees, and appointment fees are non refundable. If you fail to arrive for your appointment on time or reschedule your appointment at least 72 hours in advance, your deposit may become forfeit and a new deposit may be required. We accept cash, and all major cards. All clients are required to arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment time for intake paperwork.
TATTOO DESIGN
Please let us know your concept, preferred location of your tattoo (including a picture of the location), and email any reference images. Let us know if you’d prefer color or black and gray. The final composition, detailing, and design of your tattoo is at the sole discretion of your artist.
CAN I BRING A FRIEND?
No, as in any professional setting, such as a doctors office, you must come alone to the tattoo studio. Unfortunately additional people distract our artists when they should be focused on the tattoo. Additionally, your body’s fatigue is increased.
HYGIENE
You must show up to your appointment with proper hygiene; freshly showered, wear deodorant, and have clean clothing. We shouldn’t have to say this, but unfortunately, we do.
